well bill does high standards for his career and if they fail one small thing, they would think of themselves as losers cuz they have a competitive side to do the best in everything. thats why tom doesnt play those games online anymore...he does his best into beating eveeryone. bill knows hes a very talented person but he doesnt think that hes a very very high dude. hes like "why are you crying over me for? im just like you..im a person too"

when ever they win something, they're very surprised, they're not like "oh we won! i knew it." they're more like "OMFG! we won! i cant believe it! we won!" they always do their best and if the make one teeny mistake...they beat themsleves up in their own minds cuz they stride for the best
