near TOKYO, JAPAN: Impala Mk II no. 1063 the 'Gannet' (my fave)
My first flight simulator, Microsoft 5.0, was installed from diskettes, way back when. Currently enjoy fltSim 2004, a Century of Flight.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Silent Hunter III
German U-Boat Simulator

Operating inside a convoy is also hard for its defending destroyers!
In the hands of a "can-do" crew, the Type VIIC shown here was a sophisticated marvel of engineering!

Germany's finest: all-Electric TIII and 2,400 pounds H.E. warhead.
The C2 Cargo freighter we just passed is in the periscope reticle.

the AMAZING Type XXI ElektroBoat U-Boat.
based on SH3 simulator experience and what LITTLE i could find on the web, a minimal Squadron of the Type XXI ElektroBoats (8 boats), starting in September of 1939, could have EASILY won Hitler's gambit to keep America out of the war in Europe.
helping to keep the world free, German U-Boat Type 206A, about the same size as the original Type IIA, 500 tons.
as for myself...

i am one LUCKY skipper!!!
